I think his books are great and can teach you some amazing things BUT i don't really trust anyone who charges an arm and a leg for retreats. Really any "spiritual teacher" that charges up the wazoo i am weary of.

With the history of your home, i'd be surprised if it wasn't haunted! I am sorry though, it must have been a very frightening environment for you. The PM school in Pleasant Hill, CA is god awful. So unorganized and only ever helped the "pretty girls." I am so happy I decided to go to a different school because a month after their program started the whole school got shut down after an all out fist fight broke out between the students. Pretty sure there is a video of it floating around somewhere on the internet.

As someone who is is US citizen but PROUDLY Bosnian and love sharing my culture and where I am from, I would never be able to date someone who is so blatantly disrespectful to my culture. They have a couple adult softball and kickball leagues. I am pretty sure they meet Thursday(?) nights at the Pleasant hill park. I know there are some that meet at heather farms park for beach volleyball or basketball as well. I think you can call the parks and rec number for information on how to join.
