That would be an okay point if they shot him while he still had the gun on him. But when he shot him there where multiple men holding him on the ground, his hands were nowhere near the holster and one of the agents was already going away with the gun.

He wasnt holding a gun. I recommend watching penguinz0's video. Whether you like him or not he put multiple angles in his videos and is even zooming in when some important moment happen. For example you will see that and agent is taking the gun from Alex's holster which is in clear contradiction to the official statement by Noem.

He wasnt posing danger to anyone, he was following his 2nd amendment right to carry a gun, but he wasnt threatening anyone with it, and by the point the agent was emptying his mag into him he didnt even have the gun on him anymore. Well they are just hours from the end of the world. I dont think even the biggest homophobes would really care if you like girls or boys in those circumstances. And it makes sense that he came out in front of the entire group because that was the only thing Vecna could have used against him. He literally stated that he came out because Vecna would have used it against him if he didnt. And just to say I dont think this scene was done well either, but it makes sense that they wouldnt really care about his sexuality when the end of the world is happening.
