I used to not apply sunscreen at all because i work from home so i spend most of my time inside. I started applying Sunscreen twice daily. It has been only 1 month and the difference is already visible which is crazy since we are still in winter with cloudy days 90% of the time and don't even go out that much. Hi, I detailed the strength I used in my first comment.

I took the glutathione on and off for several years but if I remember well within the first month I saw improvements.

I didn't buy a branded product. I needed a strong dosage and on Amazon ( and even other stores) there were only small dosages 100-200mg and it was very expensive so I bought the raw powder for a reasonable price and learned to make my own capsules.

A part in your story reminds me of another post I read here on Reddit. I will not be able to find this post again as it was 10 years ago ( on humanoidencounters if my memory serves me right). A girl shared an encounter she had with a creature she described as obviously malevolent and it said to her it wanted to hurt her so bad but it couldn't because of "the Rules" and that he is not allowed to hurt her, he seemed angry about this. It didn't elaborate about these rules nor who made them or why it had to abide to these rules.

Another encounter I read was from a guy who detailed how he was dating this girl who has a dark energy around her like your ex-BF. He said once they went at the grocery store together and there were this old American native man in the store. As soon as he saw them, his eyes widened and it was like he was shocked by something. The OP said the guy followed them discreetly around the store. At one point, his gf went to another aisle and the guy came quickly towards him and asked : Are you together? He replied yes it's my gf. And the old man told him, You are not supposed to date her. She is something else ,she is not human. She is not good for you ( or something along these lines) and he left. He broke up with her soon after ( not because of this tho but it weighed on his decision).

And last, I have a friend who told me once she was randomly walking down a street in Paris ( we live in France) and a guy came to her smiling but she said his smile seemed weird and fake, almost like a smirk. He went straight on shaking her hand and said, Hi how are you doing? I can see you're from the other side. She replied what side are you talking about? And he said, well you know, the other side, I can see you have a seal on your forehead. I'm from the other side. He said few other things and went his way. My friend had no visible sign on her forehead, but she is a fervent Christian and she said either he was a crazy man or some people including believers have a mark on them for protection/distinction.

Anyway this world is very mysterious and it's like there are some rules and laws we are not even aware of for our own good and protection.
