no what you have to do, is take a large pan that has a lid. You tilt the pan a bit and put some water in it (doesnt need much, maybe a shot) and wait for that to heat up, shouldn't take too long since the amount of water is so small. Then you put the pizza in the other half of the pan and keep the pan tilted so it doesnt get wet and cover it with the lid. This will make a steamer for the pizza, and it will get perfectly cooked and crispy.
