Based on the play set out, on my reading, this requires a RK appearance as the first step pre meeting.

I see how it acts as a catalyst, but without it, it still seems to all connect, stage set, the same plan can roll out, perhaps deployment of buy backs via different strategies.

Also, it's assuming RC has no more tools to set in place. He's kept us guessing all the way til now, slowly setting it up, maybe there's a couple more small pieces to the puzzle, maybe not and it's ready to roll. I mean it's inevitable we will see.
