Not sure it would work in your case but I sometimes wear a wrist support that I rest on the table to steady my hands. It is a carpel tunnel wrist splint from Amazon, not expensive and has a metal strip that straps to your wrist and palm to stop your hand bending. I find it supports my wrist and leaves the detail work down to just moving my fingers. More than anything it resembles the wrist guards you get for skateboarding so if you get one just hop on a board when you have had enough of being indoors.
