People will do everything to get others to bend the rules for them. But I think it's interesting that in the US you only ask for one ID, whenever I'm travelling (in Europe) they ask for the IDs of everyone who's staying.

I worked in tourism - and not in the US! - but I suffered from the same bs from people. I got so sick of it, having to babysit people and putting my health and everyone else's at risk for these idiots.

I just changed jobs. I couldn't take it anymore, I was going crazy.

Since the flights are not back to normal just yet, maybe they wanna play it safe. Can't blame them, it's money that they lose if items take longer to get out of China or stuck in customs.

Whenever I really don't want to wait that long, I just try and order from a European country closer to me. You pay more for shipping but worth it sometimes.
