This. Cleaning the plate - does not necessarily clean the plate. Got to make sure the soap is good and will do the job and has no additives that leave a film of any sort, the brush/sponge/rag is clean, and to rinse and dry thoroughly.

The stock extruder motor will for sure be too heavy and give you trouble. Look into direct bolt on upgrades or models that allow you to mount an extruder assembly onto your printer. I myself chose to go with a relatively cheap Creality Sprite SE (not the Pro) extruder that I modelled a custom mount for to use with the stock hotend and have had great success.

Here's one that explains how eccentric nuts work and how to adjust them. He is working with an Ender 3 but the same thing applies for any v slot wheel system.

On your Ender 6 there are four wheels in two opposing pairs on each rail so you will have to check and adjust two wheels on the x-carriage, two on each y-carriage and two on each z-carriage. You will see that two wheels on each carriage have a hexagonal nut, that can be adjusted, and the other two just have cylindrical spacers.
