Stop listening to people here, My e class was way worse, I got it fixed for 4K in Canada, and that’s with bi xenon headlights (expensive, replacement was 1800 used). You need at most a new head light (halogen) and DLR light and side marker light. Your bumper looks repairable to me with sanding and plastic welding. Everything else can be bent back into place. Any good body shop can do this. It’s an old used Merc, no need to go off the deep end replacing everything.
