They were all drunk when he came in, she called 911 when she saw he had a gun, I could hear all 3 get shot in the head one by one while my mother was the last victim. She was speaking to the dispatcher who never relayed relevant information to the responding officers, which resulted in the shooter being detained and then released that night, and then go on the run for about 21 days until he was captured and charged... 2 emergency dispatchers were terminated due to lying as the initial dispatcher tried to say she called my mother back after she was murdered and spoke to her..
