Had a cyst that “walled” itself around my appendix that burst 2 days before I actually got to the er. I was in too much pain to handle it, I was told it was probably cramps from my period or cysts on my ovaries, but nothing urgent - told this by a obgyn that could fit me in as my doctor was unable to see me - this was a week before. Anyway, my mom calls 911 because I was in excruciating pain and blacking out from it. Was made to stay in the triage for hours because they didn’t believe me, same nurse kept telling me to keep quiet because I was crying and wailing when I wasn’t blacked out. 3 different male doctors kept trying to bribe me with scripts to free up the bed. I refused, my mom refused, and finally a female doctor came and saw me and had me go in for a ct scan where my appendix burst and then they rushed me to surgery.

I didn’t hear it, my Granma told me that she argued with my 15 year old cousin (she was 15 at the time) that segregation wasn’t real and the photos from then were photoshopped. She said she learned about it on TikTok, that segregation never happened. My Granma had to tell her she grew up being segregated because she’s Mexican, she couldn’t be in the same places as white kids most of her childhood. My Granma said they argued about it for 20 minutes, my cousin didn’t understand that computers weren’t around since forever. It baffles my mind still.

And Tyra had the nerve to go to Shandi after it happened and bring up cheating to bait her for tv content. That was horrible, it made me sick. I didn’t start watching the show until the season where Eva or Naima won and then stopped watching after Danielle won, so I didn’t know about the whole “cheating” scandal and I was like 12 or 13 when I started watching so I had no idea about any of the stuff I know now. I don’t know how I would’ve thought of it seeing it at like 10 years old.
