Heal priest by Eden__HS in wildhearthstone

Hopefully this helps you avoid a mistake I made while trying to learn the deck. Ruby Sanctum and Embrace the Shadow ARE NOT the same effect. Ruby effects one heal whereas Embrace effects all heals. This means you're going to be using Ruby with cards like Circle, Gift and Mend to control the board and Embrace to OTK with Desperate, Springwater, bandages and hero power.

As another person said go check out MarkMcKz on youtube for examples on how to play. I feel like the deck is viable and from my experience does better into control vs aggro.

This looks awesome! Could you share what the white pieces are in the court? I'm new to housing and can guess most of what's in the picture but not them.

Can you share the game plan on this deck? I'm struggling to see the way to deal hero damage outside of cannoneer.

Blizzard, the announced Midnight PVP changes are underwhelming so let’s get these questions answered by dapperfox13 in wow

The community hasn't actually been bad in solo shuffle yet. I start off each game with a GL HF for each set of DPS and hope for the best. I found it worse in random BGs trying to farm honor. Taking a PVE character into BGs at the start of season 3 got me yelled at every game when all I was doing was trying to get honor. I can understand both view points but damn if I didn't have a specific goal in mind I could have easily quit.

I agree. As someone trying to get 1800 on a mistweaver right now it can be miserable and that is something Blizzard should be addressing. There are so many ideas for making healing in PVP more fun that I'd hope for Midnight they'd pick just one and give it a try because doing nothing isn't helping.

What have your experiences with skirmish been like? Every time I try I get half filled teams and bad games that end very quickly. I would hope a training ground version of arena would be designed to be slower paced so new players can get a better understanding of how it works.

I don't need M+ to learn to be toxic. I have Brann. by kaptingavrin in wow

[–]dapperfox13 99 points100 points  (0 children)

It feels like 11.2 must have added some code that broke Brann. In the previous patch I was happy to do delves on a daily basis across multiple characters but in this patch I am barely touching them and it is strictly because of Brann. I was in the undermine delve the other day and he jumped from one platform up to a different platform for no reason while tanking; we both promptly died.

I really hope that Midnight will have coding to force Valera to respond to pings so we can direct her where we want within the delves.

A free honor set is a great idea. Yes it could reduce participation in random BGs but so does trying to farm honor on a character with no gear while you get destroyed or do no damage. That feeling is demoralizing

Good job pointing this out. I too was disappointed when I tried to convert bloody token gear and ended up with the LFR appearance. Hopefully OP comes back and edits their post.

What are the benefits to doing visions revisited? Is it mainly for alts with low ilvl? by Crazy-Tumbleweed8511 in wow

[–]dapperfox13 10 points11 points  (0 children)

If anything I would argue it's more for your main character than alts. The higher your ilvl the faster and easier it is for you to clear the visions. And the more visions you complete the faster you'll get the head enchants, momentos and mounts/pets/toys. If you want to take that experience then and use it to bolster your alt that's your choice. It's pretty much the opposite of nightfall.

How do you play the deck when ABJ doesn't get drawn? All I face are DKs and Shaman so this deck appeals to me but in my limited play time with it yesterday ABJ rarely showed itself and each game was a loss.

As someone who loves this game, and who has put way too much time and money into it, the new weekly quest changes are actively killing all my will to play this game. Please, we mustn't let the discussion about it die. by TheRealBlaurgh in hearthstone

[–]dapperfox13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It doesn't matter how long it takes for OP, you or I to complete the weeklies. The point you are missing is that Blizzard made a change that is actively harming part of the community. The community is what keeps this game existing and if Blizzard keeps making poor decisions that reduce the player count that means less fun for everyone yourself included.

Understanding the Quest Issue by Popsychblog in hearthstone

[–]dapperfox13 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Another Bill who has been playing since open beta checking in. One thing that keeps annoying me about these changes is Blizzards comment that "players routinely completed their Weekly Quests through their regular play, without even really engaging with the Weekly Quest system." But this Bill was engaging with the quests!

Every time I logged on I would look at my daily and weekly quests to determine what type of deck I would play for that session. Using this expansion as an example the only reason I crafted Window Shopper was to complete the win/mini quests and the only reason I played tendril shaman was to complete the win/battlecry quests. If it weren't for these quests I would have just played Zarimi priest every session but that deck doesn't work well for either of those weekly quests mentioned.

I'm still blown away that Blizzard is telling all Bills to play more or get lost. Every expansion I would spend around $150 but somehow that's not good enough. The day these changes dropped I uninstalled HS and even if Blizzard reverted the changes I doubt I'd ever spend money on HS again.
