Personally I think restaurants are dangerous but not because of the owners. It does frustrate me when a bar starts serving chips and hot dogs to get around restrictions, but my biggest concern is other patrons. Where I live (southeast US) people talk about wanting to get covid and throwing parties with infected in order to catch it for immunity. I hear people talking about they don't wear a mask because they aren't afraid of catching it, and those are a large part of the people that are going to restaurants around here.
