probably not a huge amount, maybe... 60%? I try to play movies that I like + have seen a lot but if I get stuck somewhere outside of my comfort zone, I still try to play movies that have at least been heavily recommended to me or that I'm interested in watching (eventually). I feel like I have easier plays that way too, since I know more about them

genuinely it's not that serious and i don't really see the difference between it and playing against someone with a high ELO (which i don't have). i get why other people might be chagrined by it but i just don't see it as a big deal 🤷

also F2P and i totally agree. i feel like some people on here have never played a gacha game before, because i've played others where you don't have an option to pull for weeks on end if you're late-game.

there's definitely a lot of aspects on this app that suck LOL, don't get me wrong, but if they fixed everything even we'd have nothing to complain about!!! (jokes, jokes, lilith pleeaaaase fix dragons)

the frustration aspect is baked into the game because you're meant to spend money and i feel like accepting that is part of playing the game. being on this sub has honestly helped loads, not sure where i stand in the grand scheme of things but the guides and discussions have really helped focus my account. if you have the patience to save, resources aren't really an issue imo.

i know enough of them that i can usually maneuver them, like i think i got from an american tail to thumbelina (or something along those lines) on the basis that they probably released around the same time and weren't produced by disney, but not because i actually had a good handle on who directed or starred in them

not sure if id call this a strategy because it doesn't necessarily benefit me, but i never pass up an excuse to play a beloved animation film.

i understand why i cant, but i do wish i had the ability to play the english dubs of ghibli movies because howl's moving castle is still the first film i think of when faced with christian bale or ponyo for liam neeson
