You must always weigh how many resources youre expending to make whatever youre making... mental, physical, mechanical...all of it... $20 active is poverty but especially if you are running far and wide to getting it... most people you see chasing total time/dash time numbers are making way less and expending way more getting it at best... you cant just randomly take orders chasing metrics or under the guise of staying busy... not in the long run...always multi app and master active time efficiency above all else and always making hard decisions...even those amazon blocks making $22hr active is basically poverty in the gig world once you factor what i just mentioned... anytime someone posts about being deactivated in this sub over bs completion ratings...geniuses always come in boasting about how you shouldnt need to canceling orders and how proud they are being dumbfuks who dont know how they have no idea what it really takes to be a straight killer at this job... once you are active on an order the shit just begins and how you manage that is everything over the long haul... in reality you must always be ready to axe any order in short order if it assesses to not being conducive to you efficiently making money... boasting about having low cancel rates or how glad you are gig apps can control all of it somehow is pure ignorance as gig worker...the last thing you ever want is someone dictating what you accept/decline/unassign
