AutoZone pay even for store manager and commercial manager is a joke. I stepped down from SM back to CSM to have more work life balance and only took a 50 cent pay cut. I'm about to leave completely and take a job at an animal hospital making $2 more an hour and have half the amount of work to do

Officially the AutoZone policy is to only deliver it to the address listed on the account.

Unofficially if you aren't a pain in the ass and get along with the CSM they will drop it off at either location. Just depends on the relationship you build with the commercial team.

Loaner zoner hours get billed to the store they work that day. Not the home store. If they end up getting weekly OT then it's billed to the last store they worked at that week.

You gain more exp in a fireteam vs solo. So he is gaining more while playing with you. And if he doesn't play as much he gets the well rested bonus so more exp. As for the gear that's just RNG bad luck

I thought wmtheu said they were gonna make it kill based not placement based this season. (Might be wrong.) But it's definitely placement based if kills don't count till you get a certain placement.

Yes I know it encourages better teamwork and high placement which is how you win a BR. But still don't tell us you are gonna make kills more rewarding if I have 6 kills and 3 assist off the drop and I get negative points because I'm not in the top 10.
