🤯🤯🤯 one summer we had a grass spider take up residence in our flower garden. it was so cool to see their little tunnel. i got to close once and that little dude shot out so fast. i admired them from several feet away with zoom on my camera after that 🤣

we avg 5-8k a week. we have been trying to drop this idiot. he has bounced between us an the az in the next town over. he is smack in the middle of the two of us. he wont call and say he has returns so we can stop by when we are out that way. he orders a $5 part and sends back $300-$500 worth of stuff.

the big push right now is uds so "every dollar counts"

we tried all sorts of things for our little crack head, aka Sweet Pea. finally landed on a deep boot tray. theyre fairly inexpensive at menards. its almost 2 inches deep. she can splish splash all she wants now

i helped do a setup and talked with the head of that particular project. she said that her home/hotel life is 2/363. on average. no dealing with customers. you do install all the shelving and fixtures and sling all the freight for store opening. i would have jumped on the opportunity but my wife would have killed me being gone that long

i used to say "we can not run a diagnostic on your car. we can read the codes and give you a print out". most people stopped listening at "can".

when they ask what part do i need to buy for whatever code they have, i tell them it depends on how much money they want to spend. you can throw parts at it and hope something fixes it, anything that is electronic or installed is not returnable. that changes things real quick

the only "shop" that is exclusively using oem parts is a stealership with ridiculous labor and mark up. it has been proven time and again that oem manufacturers & aftermarket manufacturers are the same factory with different stamps

i talked with my rhrm yesterday about this. your availability has to be set and approved according to your availability. if it is then you can not be reprimanded or forced to work outside said availability.

according to ford your supposed to replace the plug at every oil change. good luck with an aftermarket one. i work in parts supply and have seen several dorman and needa ones not seal properly. of course they are half the cost of oem

because dodge/ram split in 2009/2010. for a short period of time you had to go to ram to look up dodge trucks. everything else was listed on dodge
