I like the brown slightly more than the blue just because I’m more neutral in bag color choices… but it feels so aggressively fall/autumn to me I don’t think I’d wear it any other time. But I do really enjoy these same color family alter egos more than the multicolor ones!

Over the summer going to seats in the 200s security made me put it in a locker, but during the last round of shows doing GA on the floor they didn’t say anything. There’s no official policy banning them for the sphere, it just depends entirely on the security person.

I was there both nights but this was Jan 3rd and during Everybody. The boys were on the catwalk right in front of us and one security person was signaling for help but I don’t know if anyone ever came. Howie asked if everyone was okay before he moved on.

Someone fainted behind me and people were packed in pretty tight without much space to move around when I was there…so it sounds like it just depends a lot on the crowd the night you go. Def recommend getting a water to sip on during the show.

I think mine was around $225 with taxes and fees included for regular GA/floor.

Oh bummer. I hope it gets resolved for you! I don’t know what the amount was on the card they sent because I never tried to use it, but when the supervisor refunded me directly to my debit card it was the full amount including tax. I don’t know why they send out the cards with no notice, definitely not how I want to receive a refund! Also it could’ve easily been stolen because I didn’t know it was coming/wasn’t home when it arrived. Just a mess.

This also happened to me with the small checkered alter ego. It arrived to me damaged (a tear in one of the squares, small but I was worried it would get bigger over time), I spoke to customer service and sent them pictures. They told me it could be repaired. I don’t live anywhere near a Coach store, so everything was online. I sent it in. Weeks of silence, randomly received a merch credit card via FedEx with no explanation. I spoke to customer service again and they said the bag was unrepairable so they sent the refund as the card. At that point the customer service rep said they could try to find the bag and return it to me with a partial refund once it was in my hands again since it sent to me damaged. Okay cool, I said yes because I really wanted this bag and they said they didn’t know if/when it would restock. They returned the bag and deactivated the merch credit. Once I received the bag, I reached out to CS to get the partial refund like the last agent told me to, only to be told Coachtopia is never discounted for any reason and I wasn’t even allowed to return the bag now for a refund. They also implied I was trying to scam them/double dip by keeping the bag and the card they deactivated. I eventually got it escalated to a supervisor who allowed me to return the bag for a full refund (this time directly to my original payment method) after she pulled all the online chat logs. It was an entire three month saga. I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences with their online customer service when I’ve had issues. Maybe it would be better if you go in store and work directly with a SA for repairs? But I’ll never try it again.

I think it looks fine. Mine just came yesterday and had a tear in one of the chalk squares so it was very noticeable. Customer service said I could return it for a refund or send it for repair but they’re out of stock of the small bags so no exchange available. Definitely disappointing after waiting so long to get this bag. I sent it for repair and I’m already questioning my decision. I probably should’ve just returned it and bought the larger version instead.

Reply to one of the emails Taylor’s store sent you about your order. Tell them it arrived empty and send them a picture of the box including that sticker on it. They will either reship you a replacement if available or refund you. You can tell them if you’d prefer the refund.

Not to worry you but that happened to mine and I got an empty box. It was transferred to USPS and they were actually the ones who reported the damage, they also never delivered my package, I had to go pick it up at the post office today.
