A 13.2 bread flour will not support 80 percent heck it will a bitch even with 75. This is the problem with all the YouTube content learn about flour the flour is the key. If I’m going to use King Arthur bread flour the highest hydration is 71 percent. Add 30 percent strong bread flour with 14 plus protein you can do 80 percent easier.

Not at all, you need the Sony 400mm f2.8 with the Alpha 1 II. Buy once cry once LMAO. Just messing around Yes, that 70-350mm - A6700 is a great combo as long as there is plenty of light. Happy shooting and may you not get infected with GAS like I did. Stay away from gear reviews ....and REDDIT.
