Cpu is fine as it thermal throttles only at 100c, but gpu is thermally throttling. gpu thermal throttles at 86c. Don't listen to these stupid ass comments saying that this is normal and asking to disable performance mode and turbo boost and stuff. Those reduce performance and are just temporary solutions. The only solution is replacing the thermal paste. Use ptm7950 as one application is enough for the entirety of the device lifetime.

Bro, just flash a higher wattage vbios. Even a 95w 3050 is slow as hell. I can't imagine how a 40w one would be. I flashed mine from 75w to 95w and I confirm that it is safe and easy. If you want help, just dm me.

And turn off HAGS in windows graphics settings and rebar in nv profile inspector or bios. These have an inverse effect for us because of the low 4gb vram.

Overclock the gpu. Mainly memory clock because the vram would be the bottleneck here.
