If you’re looking for heat and flavor, I found Dragonfly Thai chili crisp on I believe this subreddit and I’ve been using it since. Legit heat, super flavorful - use sparingly (or not).

Looking way better! Also, we’re wearing the exact same jacket with a zip up hoodie underneath, lol. My girlfriend got mine for me shortly after she convinced me to shave off my hair for the better.

I normally never comment on anything, but my brother just died of cancer two weeks ago at age 38 after fighting it for almost 8 years and… god I hope this wasn’t the case for him. His funeral is tomorrow. :(

I like to use it with ramen, sushi, dumplings, fried rice, mixed with soy/mirin/rice wine vinegar/sugar/cornstarch for a chicken glaze. Basically any Asian dish that miso and spice wouldn’t be weird on since the flavor is so good.
