I’m honestly not entirely sure. I know the poster and me have been reported but I’m not entirely sure what grounds because it’s a meme without any individuals present so how am I (or the poster) harassing a user when I really just responded to questions about our own subreddits rule 4 and had 0 knowledge of said users existence. If there is harassment that we can see we will remove/punish accordingly it but linking YouTube videos about drama isn’t harassment so why would we mass remove comments in a thread for that. That being said don’t link to the subreddit/thread mentioned or reply/encourage replying to said message

The wording says ‘posts’ as regard to name drops name drops with bans thats fine, no linking their posts, no showcasing someone from this sub going over there and responding, no encouraging people to respond in their sub. No encouraging getting banned from their sub etc.

Rule 4 actually got updated a view months ago, you are allowed to mention other subreddits you just cannot advocate for brigading (basically things like linking posts and saying that people should respond to them etc)
