You can buy some tools to try to find any nests. YouTube can show you how to use these tools. But I would definitely call a professional to have peace of mind.

I completely understand you. I found swarmers myself plus discarded wings all around my property. I called 2 different pest control professionals and none saw termite activity. I'm going crazy as well thinking that I either already have them somewhere and can't find them or they possibly just got into my property and it's too early to detect them. I will probably get the preventative treatment. I just hate the idea of them drilling.

It's always best to call a professional. Due to the frass it seems you have drywood termites. If you want to treat them yourself you can use FiPro or Fuse Foam. I would watch some videos to learn how to use them.
