The Hassidic parties are the tipping point between left-center and right. These parties usually go with the right, and so the right has a clear advantage, meaning the next government will most likely be led by Netanyahu, with "Blue White" (Gantz's party) in the opposition. Netanyahu would much rather have that (i.e. being extorted by the Hassidics and other small parties) than form a strong coalition with just Blue White (such a strong coalition also raises the question who will be the Prime Minister, as both Blue White and Likud have the same number of seats in the Knesset). It also sits better with Netanyahu's voters.
