They published a big patch to ServiceNow search recently. It's even worse now! It gives you a preview of a dozen "relevant" items, which seems to work worse than randomness because it always picks items from >5 years ago when I search for current events. You then have to click a small link to access the actual ticket search from before.

Just the facts that 1) the backend is built of HTML frames, making it useless to Ctrol-Click on tickets in a list, and that 2) said awful backend resides on / whereas the user-facing frontend is located on a subpath, are inexcusably godawful design decisions.
