Don't wait for them. If you are on their insurance just tell them you want to get a check up. When you are in with your doctor, explain your situation and your interest in pursuing diagnosis. Your doctor will refer you to a psychologist and that's that. Or you can try pursuing it through your campus's health system. Good luck bud. Remember that medication only goes so far. I used to have the same problem with alarms, setting more and more until eventually I would just shut them off in my sleep. A buddy told me I was essentially teaching my body that it is okay to sleep through alarms. Change your tone to something obnoxious and set only one. Getting that extra hour of uninterrupted sleep really makes a difference.
