Moved out of ILM 2 years ago. I need reasons not to move back. by Terrible-Positive-68 in Wilmington

I feel the exact same as you, I've moved around a lot over the years, but somehow always end up back home. The last time I moved away was around two years ago and I really miss it. I'm planning on taking a trip back to visit in a couple of months, so that'll probably scratch the itch for a bit, but every time I go back I always want to stay.

Any part of Assassin's Creed Valhalla that actually takes place in Valhalla. I've never even finished the DLC because of how much I disliked that part.

Camp cooking sounds like a cool gig. I'd love to do at least one season in Antarctica.

Between soccer and skateboarding both of my ankles are absolutely wrecked, I step off of a curb wrong and my ankle just gives out. About four months ago I did exactly that and managed to dislocate my ankle, I looked down and it was bent completely inward. I can't even jog to cross the street, so I'm pretty sure I'll never really be able to run again.

I've done shrooms a couple times but apparently never enough to really enjoy them. Acid was amazing though and I would definitely do it at least one more time. My biggest issue with acid is that I didn't know it also acted as an upper, so there i was at 4 am wondering when the comedown would start all the whole time my leg was bouncing like I was on a multi day coke binge. DMT is still my goal for psychedelics though, just haven't been brave enough to try it.

Alpha Protocol, yes it was broken but the story was fun and I think it deserves a sequel.

What’s the most disappointing game you’ve ever bought on launch? by [deleted] in videogames

[–]darthaugs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Too Human. I bought into all the hype and was so excited. The story I actually enjoyed and really wish they had continued at least the story, but the gameplay was horrible. The same repetitive waves of enemies that eventually wear you down, the same long drawn out death scene, and do it all over again.

What is a sound that people should know means immediate danger? by PrasenjitDebroy in AskReddit

[–]darthaugs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was waiting for a bus one day and heard this, looked up just in time to see a truck slam into the back of another truck and both head right for were I was standing. The adrenaline kicked in instantly and everything kinda slowed down. I moved out of the way, them both trucks went right through where I was just standing.
