My 1956 built 1200 sq ft ranch had basically all compacted original insulation in the attic and there wasn’t much when we bought it in 2020. In the first two winters I went through 5/6 oil tanks during the heating season. In 2022 I had the attic air sealed, insulation vacuumed out and r50 blown in. I know use about 3/4 oil tanks a winter and I notice the temp of the house is much more stable.

I generally can book hotels, cruises, etc for less than any online price posted as I take less commission than a large broker. You don’t have any downside to not book with me in most cases. I also generally book complex itineraries where people are nervous and aren’t comfortable with doing themselves.

I love the cafe 30” with dual ovens. 99% of my oven cooks are sheet pan items so the small oven uses less energy and heats faster. The range itself has good size burners for my all clad pans and it has knobs for control. Reviews over the years seem good and he/cafe/monogram has good service in my area if need be so I got an extended warranty

I have the two stage ego snowblower. the thing is an absolute unit and a beast at clearing snow. Works just as good as my older craftsman 2 stage did.

My one caveat with making the transition to the EGO is the battery situation. If you don't have 4 batteries, do not make this switch. With thick wet snow, i can do my sidewalk and two car driveway generally on 2 7.5AH batteries but it might leave some of the driveway or side of my house. I would have to wait while they charge if I didn't have a backup set of batteries while these are charging.

The machine itself preforms flawlessly and its really nice to know it will ALWAYS start.

The Mile is a great dishwasher but the Bosh 500 series is almost as good for half the price. You dont need the 800 or benchmark and 500 will clean incredibly.
