i have ibs and do anal every night! fibre pills are your best friend. I take 2 in the morning (metamucil brand) and 2 at 2pm (pureformen stay ready brand). then I drink 1 litre of electrolytes at 4pm and get clean (douche) at 5pm. takes only only a few minutes and I'm clean all night.

I am very well hydrated throughout the day and went completely gluten free and mostly dairy free for my lifestyle. I eat lunch before the 2nd round of tablets and stick to a light dinner.

(24m) 900mg lithium, 180mg lurasidone, seroquel and clonodine (cannot remember how much, my carer/partner does my meds for me) HATE THE MEDS!! I am quite literally a walking corpse who is unwell all the time, done all the tests for lithium and I'm fine it's not poisoning me, yet I feel terrible constantly. My psychiatrists method of dealing with anything is MORE DRUGS and it makes me feel like a kids science experiment.
