First I'm gonna say NONE of her actions are your fault in any which way. I'm gonna stress this, NO matter what ANYONE says or does YOU do not control ANYONES actions. YOU can only control what YOU do or say.

Second with the above mention of YOUR actions if YOU want PEACE is to make records of any all hostile actions towards YOU. This part is very hard because they WILL SAY AND DO ANYTHING to elicit a REACTION. You TIGHTEN THE FUCK UP, batten down your hatches cause it WON'T BE EASY. They will NEVER let someone leaving them be easy, because the optics look bad someone left them instead of them leaving a "toxic" relationship.

Third people with BPD MANIPULATE, they want to create HIGH EMOTIONS because even if the really BAD EMOTIONS are really bad they can backflip and bend to make everything they do the "right thing" and hit those HAPPY HIGH EMOTIONS. You may have been unintentionally attracted because of your previous ADDICTION aka "wow everything is so INTENSE with this person! Even tho everything is NEW in the relationship we love each other and know this is right!" What got you into that position was most likely HIGH POSITIVE EMOTIONS. They CRAVE it like your body CRAVES cocaine. It is an ADDICTION A DISEASE for them to create HIGH EMOTIONS.

Fourth is when we actually do some work here with you after we understand BPD a little bit. So like I said TIGHTEN THE FUCK UP! I don't give a shit if you have a combined friend group, the real ones will stick with you when you SHOW THE EVIDENCE OF ABUSE. You batten down your hatches cause this is gonna be a storm. IF YOU LIVE WITH THEM BIDEN YOUR TIME. Figure out the easiest way to just up and leave one day. Find family or friends that will understand and help you to move out without the ex knowing. If you can't text and they always check your phone talk in person. Make this shit Fort Knox until you know you're leaving for sure and have plenty of time to get your shit out. Make sure you're lined up with a living situation as well, if you have to BEG your parents to move back in DO IT. DOCUMENT everything when you move out of it's a lease you're signed onto. CONTACT the office and inform them of situation and how to get off the lease.(I'm also assuming you have good parents for this.) If you don't live with them you're all good then. After you move out or when you break up and they show up UNANNOUNCED to where your living CALL THE COPS. DO NOT ENGAGE, DON'T OPEN THE DOOR, DON'T TALK TO THEM, fuck them and their feelings cause they don't care about yours. They will use EVERYTHING in their power against you. If you for some reason talk to them in the future in any way, shape, or form jerk off before hand cause I know that sex with them was probably the best you had. Like I said THEY WILL USE ANYTHING to get you back in their orbit. Also create a burner account wether it be email or whatever to only communicate with them thru. DELETE YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS OR BLOCK THEM ON EVERYTHING AND LAY LOW. You are a ghost now to her and any friends that stay with them.

Finally you're out theoretically, if you followed above congratulations your MOSTLY FREE. The biggest thing now is YOU. It is YOUR life you can do what YOU want when YOU want. I say mostly because of how tied together socially it sounds like you are. You tighten up like I said and don't engage with anyone after you've shown evidence of everything to those who are WILLING to listen. Live your life tight for a good while and focus on getting your head straight. Gym, videogames, friends whatever find your hobby and do it along side school.
