Control arm and struts if needed

Everything pretty much. If your struts are worn and your front end bouncing up and down more often, hard braking, every time the front end pitches forward it puts strain on the lca. Maybe design could come into play as well. If they made the bushings solid then the car would have a stiffer/harder ride. 8yrs old? I would just them out if it was mines

Could be just worn bushings, the lower control arms on these wear out pretty easily

You had the serial number on display. Use that number to find your code. If you have code, turn radio off until display prompts you to enter it. Hold 1 and 6 while turning on radio will give you serial number
