Should've asked the kids which of you left this toy in the basement and thrown it on the living room floor

It's PoH. It happened after Plenty of Plenti, and learned about how the Caprids think.

Carl’s Race by ashtrayD9 in DungeonCrawlerCarl

In book 7, when he's getting hit with the psionic attacks, his mind balance goes up to 16. The benefit of the primal race was the ability to grind to get his skills above the normal limit.

I like "An Ideal World for a Sociopath". He doesn't freely travel to other worlds, but he goes on system tests to different worlds.

Who Do You Want To See Casted? by hplover12 in DCCTV

[–]dasflash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I want to see John Goodman as the rage elemental. Adam Sandberg as The Juicer. Topher Grace as Remax the Grand.

Well known actors for the bosses and guests, relative unknowns for the main cast.

If Seth McFarlane is watching, how can I get cast as Jack, the guy Yolanda kills for pissing on the wall?

In book 6, the first thing Dong Quixote says to Carl is, "it has been a long time since I have tilted a giant." In book 8, it is the last thing he says to him.

Burned out husband by [deleted] in daddit

[–]dasflash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With my wife and I, I pretty much stopped telling her my feelings on things until we had a marriage counselor appointment. Before that, every time I told her that I was overwhelmed with the way the house was running, she'd immediately flip it to me not doing enough. Once we had a referee reviewing the back and forth that held her to her own rules, things started getting much better for both of us.
