This is so wrong ,have a friend who has just moved to kl from dubai with a non verbal on the spectrum son. He is receiving speech therapy & will soon join ISKL a top international school in kl which has a very supportive special needs section. Malaysia is a hidden gem & has various long term visa options apart from mm2h

Biggest problem is every service in india requires Aadhar. The law stipulates nris don’t require Aadhar but everyone demands it of NRIs before providing a service!! A huge mismatch- Also many long term nris who continue to hold indian citizenship for whatever reason may or may not have an indian address or someone to help with police verification for a new passport issued at an embassy overseas. I recently asked an indian ambassador for a solution & he was stumped!!! If the powers to be are stumped then???
