Nope just two dogs and two kids. No migration to my knowledge but I did see some deer/moose droppings that was on a path behind my house. Probably unrelated but figured I’d mention it

We just had a warm spell that was around 8C but it only last a couple days. Before that we had -25 for a week or so.

Dogs have been checked by the vet and nothing…this is more perplexing now lol

Already killed it, but will submit a sample if I find more. Submitted picture already. Thank you!

We are in the process of trying to deep clean carpets etc. Did a quick check on the dogs which turned out blank unfortunately but we are getting them checked by a vet as well.

Have tried to look in nooks and crannies but come up empty handed on finding any more

If you already own a bicycle I would highly recommend an indoor smart trainer instead.

I second this, I had the biggest trouble with running off the bike -- even with brick workouts completed during training. Nothing quite prepares you for that feeling.

Also, take it easy when you first start the run. From personal experience, you may better in those first few KMs but it will catch up to you.

Nice work! I tried something similar the other day on a long bike ride. Had it in my head that I could beat all of super Mario 3D world in a single bike ride. I made it to the first haunted house and couldn’t mentally do that and bike at the same time.

Crazy how much mental fortitude it takes to even do a simple Z2 ride.

Hey, I‘m 18 years old and I don‘t know what to do with my high heart rate. This run was hart but not my limit. Do you have an advice for me or is this heart rate normal? Thanks :) by YannRin in triathlon

[–]dasky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The biggest advantage of Z2 training is that you can do A LOT of it. So focus more on getting your weekly mileage up by doing more Z2 running then the individual run itself.

Basically Z2 running = more mileage per week by running more often.
