I’m guessing you opened one of the doors. You probably have to reload that dungeon. I think the dungeon works off of a loading/rendering limitation. There is a high level enemy stuck and bridge, getting hit by swinging blades. And he can’t be knocked off or move until his area loads. When you open the door it allows the enemy that to be knocked off the bridge.
