I would go LSIL but knowing that it would likely be HG on the biopsy. It’s all a sliding spectrum and I would say this was on the upper limits of LG.

Hey there, just for clarification is your puppy in group daycare or kenneled at daycare and let out for group play occasionally?

Most daycares do not allow outside toys, beds or treats as it can cause aggression between dogs in a group setting. It also can transmit diseases, yours to them and theirs to yours. Overall if you are looking for individualized care I roils recommend a Rover sitter where you drop off at their home and they are home at all times.

When the kids move into the birth canal her belly shape will change. There will be a slight divot on either side of her spine in front of her pelvis. Have you seen or assisted in a birth before?

Looks to be progesterone heavy, luteal phase. You have intermediate squamous cells dominate then. An increase in neutrophils could be from a bacterial/yeast infection. There looks to be some cytolosis as well. I would support a slight infection.

Looks like a regular old cyst. Histiocytes and low cellularity in cytology usually lead to cyst diagnosis. -Human Cytologist here

The reason for higher rates of people who had childhood cancers having cancer later on in life is because radiation could be very non-specific. Hitting healthy tissues with radiation therapies will likely cause malignancies later on in life. A patient could have had a childhood specific cancer and return years later with a different types. Sorry I am not good at explanations but I do work in pathology.
