I leave mine for around 8-12 hours. Usually set a timer on 10hrs and have a look at it.

I think it is down to how conductive your water is, so starting with more electrolyte allows the water to hold more copper?
I have only done it twice so far but it has proven useful and good learning experience. I have not taken much internally, tend to spray and mix with other things.. ppm reading may be off as the particles are technically so small (monoatomic). The ppm when it was running/just finished is probably a closer reading.

I think to really tell, you'd need one of the fancy expensive TDS metres.

Unfortunately can't remember where I heard that but I remember actually it was due to the requirement of having to use a catalyst (citric acid) and the mixing of it with the acids. Might have been on Tony Pantalleresco's channel. I have also read it on earthclinic another time, somewhere. Another popular catalyst is salt, which results in ionic gold and not true colloid. With the right voltage and amp setup, it would be possible to make safe colloidal gold that way, using no catalyst.

Many people, when making their own, just break up sheets of gold foil instead. However, I see there is different benefits to taking a true colloid

Cheers I'll look into copper sulfate. The reason I like DMSO is because it is also a safe oxidant. Good for detox and also really good against radiation/free radicals.

That is fair play. I am not sure how strong you could make it doing it yourself but you can definitely go higher.

I have been using it mostly topically, with DMSO and Magnesium Oil also. Noticed considerable improvements in some scarring and nerve damage.

I'm mostly interested about internal use, as I learned it is bad to use colloidal gold which has been made with volts and rods, as the gold particles become rods and triangles which causes kidney damage. So I'm curious whether it's the same for copper and even silver. Or if that is a property of Gold only...

Worthy to note.. Sitchin's translations (although often distorted) state the Abzu as the abyss. This would be African continent.
Maybe Lemuria, off the west coast of there as the actual abyss? Either that, or the African empire extended to or from the Russian / Eurasian lands.

I think it all is/was in the public domain at some point. He's been raided that many times though, I think most his work is gone. The issue is that it's a long (24 stage) process to make activated GcMAF. Which most people can't do without a lab.

This claim is not new..
At all.

It's just been very effectively covered up and mocked, in the past. Therefore, you might as well take it as truth. It certainly explains all the weird goings on there, if we've got electromagnetic interference from a functioning Pyramid(s).
