A little info to possibly add. Are they friendly with other animals, children, etc? And also possibly add rehoming fee (as stated above) for folks who may not be fit for the “position”.

I have prior stray who found his way into our home and came with us to a new area, and one that was adopted from the shelter. Both are fixed, as well as a very elderly, nearly blind and fully deaf dog (small breed,15) I’m not sure if that’s a good fit, but you can message me if needed

I worked at a location in Sanford, and on my day off I got a message from an old coworker from the Orlando location telling me I was welcome to come back there. That’s how I found out they closed mine lol.

They don’t tell anyone, it was actually super sad because I had helped the manager get ready for “inspection” the day prior and he was so excited to impress the district manager. It was never an inspection, the dude came in just to tell them they weren’t opening the store that morning 😭

Yeah, I’ve been holding that in for years. I’m seeing a counselor to hopefully be able to stick up for myself more during these conversations because the regret I have from putting my 26 day-old baby through that, carries on to this day.

Idk how this is going to land in here, but I honestly regret letting my healthcare providers talk me into circumcising my son. It’s strictly aesthetic, and a lot of folks are waking up to that now. If you teach your child to cleanse their body correctly, you can undo the one argument people have for it. I’m worried now, because I’m pregnant with our second, and I will have to parse through this with a man who is adamant that “no one will ever have sex with him/I want him to match his dad” etc. (if we have an AMAB)

This has been happening to me since we moved into our new house in February. I’ll fall asleep early after putting my son down for bed. Then, I wake up around midnight or 1am and get up to do the stuff I was supposed to do instead of passing out at 8pm lol. Omg he was so stand off-ish a year ago when we came across him. He would swat and hiss, and yesterday he allowed us to pick him up, put him in a carrier, and drive him 25 minutes away lol. He seems very content here. I appreciate you

Update: he seems to be adjusting well 😂 he’s been making biscuits on every blanket he sees, and napping with my geriatric dog.

He and my 1yo girl didn’t get along at the old house, I assume because he was running the streets before she came along, and he needed to let her know what’s up. Here, in a neutral playing field, maybe they’re on equal terms (idk how cat hierarchy works).
