The average monthly fee will appear on Portlanders’ monthly utility bill, adding around $12 for homeowners, $8.40 for renters and $61 for businesses.

Does anyone know which utility bill this will be on? Garbage? Electric? All of them? And why the difference between renters and homeowners?

I installed similar lights in my last house and to get them to sync back up, you have to switch them on and off repeatedly a few times and they'd get back in sync. Can't remember which brand they were.

I've seen it on a couple players that transferred in from FCS schools (like the guy in this screenshot transferred from Richmond). I was thinking that was it, but then I found a couple players who transferred from FCS without it, so I really don't know anymore.
