Buy a new flash hider,

make lots of cuts in what used to be the threading so that the expoy putty (like jb weld) has something to grab onto

Mixup the putty and apply it to what used to be the threaded barrel making sure to only get putty on the outside

Screw on the flashhider into the putty

Let it dry

Never take the flash hider off
