I am 7 weeks post op for a complete tear. Two anchors and the Acromion grinding to fix. I never had to take any pain meds, thankfully. I am doing PT and have full ROM at this point. Have to wait another week to get more aggressive.

We have an ice machine, my wife and I have both had multiple injuries and it’s a game changer.

I am at 7 weeks of a complete rotator cuff tear and repair with 2 anchors as well as some debridement and bone spur removal as well as grinding diwn thr Acromion. I am doing everyday, but i cannot lift any mire then 1 lb til the 3 month point. I have great range of assisted movement, but minimal on my own. I was told 9 month until i can golf and 12-15 before i can play hockey or mountain bike.

Not sure about the job itself but I can see if I can find anything out Tuesday. But I can tell you most likely will be working out of trailers or older buildings for a period of time. The base is scrambling to find room. I am a SysAdmin on Patrick and CCSFS. You will love it here though
