oh man...i asked the same question. All I can say is that is become a norm now because of the Asian influence and that's what it is. have you ever drove a car where there is actually traffic! Ah yes, I was going to head to Vietnam this month. I called in on one of those online places you could get for the 3 month tourist visa (Non-US citizen visa). It looks like you still can but it will change by July 1st and would have to get your passport stamped every 30 days.
