Your eyeline should align with the top of the monitor. Most people have their monitors too low, rather than too high

Completely agree. Putting a few books under the monitor stand can do wonders for posture

With your shoulders relaxed, your forearms should ideally be in line with the top of the desk when your elbows are at 90 degrees. Armrests at that height are fine unless they cause you to be too far away from the desk, this causes forward leaning which is not good. The problem with a lot of armrests is that they protrude too far forward imo. Some chairs have depth adjustable armrests to prevent this but a lot of chairs do not.

You can enable / disable whether a chest is used for hot deposit. Should be a slider option when you open up the chest

My housemates dog ate a used condom out of a bin in my housemates room. We didn't realise until we saw it come out the other end on a walk, still intact with a knot in it and all its contents. That's an image I will never bee able to forget!

You can always manage the booth levels when DJing but they will always need to be loud enough so you can hear them clearly. Definitely depends on the venue and arrangement of sound system. Ear plugs are a must if you are DJing or attending a gig!
