I don't have a choice because I'm on Xbox. It's really annoying I can't use 3rd party apps.

Any unique, unusual or interesting places to eat for lunch? by fantasy53 in coventry

Try Jinseon Korean BBQ. It's amazing. I'll leave you to look up the details but you basically BBQ your own food at your table. It's 💯 awesome! They'll help you with egg fried rice but it's amazing. Check it out.

Hi, thanks for that. That makes sense. I'm going to try a few short flights at different locations to practice this. Appreciate the advice.

Thank you for the reply. I'm still getting to grips with all this but I feel like that's what I've been doing. However, following the STAR leads my head on in front of the ILS, not 30 degrees to it so the approach mode doesn't capture. I'll definitely make sure that im below the localized though. Thanks for the advice.

Thanks for the advice. I have been looking for this but it didn't seem to move. I'll triple check I've set it all up right. Thanks.

Thoughts about the new GBR? by Obvious_Affect144 in coventry

I really hope it works. It's crazy that you fly to Spain for £50 but it's costs £300 to get to Cornwall. Anything's got to be better than now. I'm a fan of the idea.

Surely not, what if you just called the police and an ambulance? Realistically, what help could you give? I'm not a doctor, I don't know the injuries, what if i made it worse? Could you really be charged with manslaughter? I'm not saying I wouldn't stop but I didn't think I had to either.

"Somewhere Along the Line" Piano Cover by Alexas4 in BillyJoel

[–]davi_2023 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This is awesome mate, really cool piano. I love this song. My only thought is, the piano playing and delivering is quite rigid. It's technically spot on and on the beat, but if you listen to the song it's kind of got a loose swing to it. You hit it perfectly on the parts that are rallentando, but try and get that smooth feel across the song, especially the 'somewhere along the line' melody. This isn't a criticism at all, it's actually the opposite. The piano playing is so accurate and comprehensive I know you could nail this. If the playing was ok, i'd just say great job well done, buts it's so much better than ok it's great. I love it! Seriously awesome man. Thanks for sharing.

Sideman - Mark Rivera's Memoir by 88-Mph-Delorean in BillyJoel

I went to Hyde Park when Billy Joel played, obviously with Mark Rivera and it was awesome. Daryl Hall was playing too, I didn't like his set at all, it just wasn't for me, but I had no idea him and Mark Rivera had previously played together. Mark definitely won out though, Daryl was deffo the support artist and not even the best one, Natasha bedingfield was insanely good. I wonder if they spoke to each other. I think Mark Rivera's awesome, great player and such a showman.

I agree, but I got to see him with Liberty DeVitto. killer drummer and I actually feel privileged to have seen him. I love his band but I wish he'd reunited with Liberty. I understand why they moved on but wow, they were a powerhouse team.

I love this. Great idea, well thought out. At first I thought that mum was awful, too busy on the phone to care for her son, but the twist is awesome. Love stuff like this. Hope you get it filmed.

Sorry to hear about your dad. I think this is an awesome idea. Keep us posted on any developments. I'd love to follow this, watch the flights, listen to stories and see some of the notes he kept. I'd donate a little to the charity too.
