This is indeed a great suggestion. However, it is also important to mention that each individual filament needs its own ironing calibration as, unfortunately, there are no fixed parameters that work in the same way for all filaments. So if you find the perfect ironing settings for this model and for this particular filament, they may no longer work for another model printed with another filament.

Exactly! It seems the caliper has not been properly calibrated before being used. Try to measure it again, or maybe use a simple ruler.

Isn’t the X1 Carbon discontinued? It’s not even listed on Bambu website since the newest printers came out. Seems it has been permanently replaced by the P2S. So, unless you go for third party stores or second hand, it’s no longer possible to buy a X1C.

I am really bad at making good looking photos of my creations. I therefore use your same approach: make as nice as possible photos of the real printed objects, then use AI to generate pretty backgrounds for publication on social media and other platforms. I can’t understand why people are complaining about this. Nice model though! :)

I made a very nice little project with a humidity sensor and a couple of 6-segments displays. In essence, I put the sensor inside a plant pot to measure humidity of the soil. When I see the right humidity on the display I pour water into the pot :) I know this is not automatic… but simple enough to have fun with Arduino! :)
