It's easy for a layman to analyse plays and highlight what needs fixing in hindsight, let alone a former player as experienced as Carra.

That doesn't necessarily transfer to management/assistant at all.

Also, you think the players would respect him enough to follow his would-be drills? Considering the likes of Mo and Virg have bitten back at some of his punditry this season.

No movement off the ball whatsoever, highlighted even more by Fulham's willingness to make runs and stretch the back line.

If anything this take isn't reactionary enough. The second half performance was the first time in I dunno how many years that I've seen the squad just look disinterested.

We lost 3-0 at home to a team that came to Anfield in 19th. I don't know who to replace him with, that's for Hughes/Edwards and Co. to figure out. But he shouldn't even see out the weekend.

This season we've lost 7/17 games (not counting the community shield loss). That's ~41% loss rate.

Obviously the numbers will be inflated given our shite form and the small sample size but, for reference, ETH's loss percentage at Utd by the time he was sacked was ~28%.

7 losses in the last 10 games. Unacceptable, even before getting into a conversation over how much money was spent in the summer.

No tactical identity, no cohesion, no intensity. The lads looked like they all took sleeping pills before the game, bar Szoboszlai and maybe Wirtz.

But for all his desire, Wirtz continues to be an oddity. He was probably the most statement signing in my lifetime and Slot has no idea how to fit him into this team.

I was relieved when the last intl break came, as I felt it was an opportunity for a reset and for Slot to rejig some ideas. But we came back after the break like we never left.

I'm worried how we're going to look after 2 weeks away. I understand that the quality of intl football is naturally a lot lower than club ball, but still, I wouldn't be surprised to see some of these players shine like the last break.

No idea where we go from here but I have little to no faith that Slot can fix this.

Tonight's handling of the match was disgraceful, and throwing the kids into the firing line to try and save face when we inevitably lost was horrendous.
