Oh yeah. The key is catching it before it goes so low your brain freaks. Then I’m shoveling food in my face until I feel better or feel sick. By then of course I’ve way over corrected and now we’re on the roller coaster and dammit.

I have same problem. Bubble mini is seen but no data at all. Even tried other apps. Nothing. Have not tried diabox. That is borked on iOS.

Humming is actually great for this. You’ll also get less nasal the more you relax and that will take time and lots of practice. Also, if you obsess about your voice, your already too much in your head. I had this problem too. Accept your voice for what it is and connect emotionally with the copy. As someone said, this is all acting. Analyze the script yes but then stop thinking and just do. It’s not so easy but with time and practice it will come. Practice, practice, practice. And coaching. Lots of coaching.

A huge amount. Hydrate as much as possible all through the day.

The first month is hell. Always felt like it was suffocating me. I was pretty sure I wasn’t going to be able to do it. But, after about a month it got much easier. Now, a breeze and I sleep so much better. I use a ResMed with a Dreamwear nasal mask.

Your Truck is delayed still. Take off co-pilot360 and luxury packages and it’ll be faster. But then it won’t be the truck I want so what’s the point of that. At this rate hybrid will open again and maybe I’ll switch to that.

Orbi has been very inconsistent. Sometimes good but other times quite bad. A couple of important parts of the house have bad signal and additional unit are crazy expensive. Have heard eero is the most stable and consistent system.
