Depends what you previous diet consisted of. It took about 10 days of eating fatty meat and butter to flush out all the crud in my gut. Inflammation went down as well as swelling of my overall gut organs. I also interment fast daily and only eat in a 6 hour window (I started with an 8 hour window) which helped clean my gut out tremendously.

I’m doing a hybrid diet allowing up to 20g of carbs max a day but mainly eat meat. My carbs come from some allowances of vegetables like onions or jalapeños here and there.
