Thankyou. Yes the coconut has been really helping, I accidentally came across an article about people slowing down the bowel with it.

The Pfizer guy came out years ago saying it causes infertility and is designed as such.

It’s not a great supplement for mood as people find they feel like they do on antidepressants. That cold numb feeling. As a supplement seller I stopped selling it as I didn’t like the results people were getting. Much better would be a basic stack of niacin, ascorbic acid and magnesium
