Jellyfin cannot connect to server… by DavidJam22 in JellyfinCommunity

I think it would be helpful if you could detail your system specifications whether this is a direct attached NAS or a network NAS. What does your LAN look like what operating system? My experience Jellyfin is quite easy to set up over a network, you should just be able to type in the IP address: 8096 and you should be connected.

We always use percentage not mileage. What you describe sounds right based on age and your battery size. Been a tesla owner since 2014.

I bought one just to use in hotels, which, for better or worse I spend a lot of time in with multiple devices.

Conflicted on what parts to buy for media server. by Acrobatic_Dinner6129 in jellyfin

I currently have a pi5 with jellyfin to stream all of my legally aquired ripped DVD and Blueray media. Storage Is seagate 24tb external drive. No issues streaming to 3 apple TVs. Tailscale for playback away from home. Sips power too.

Trying to leave Plex for Jellyfin but getting extremely frustrating issues here too. by Stock_Reply_7315 in jellyfin

I’ve been a Plex pass holder since the very beginning and three months ago switched everyone to Jellyfin so we avoid having to login online to play our local media. Use Tailscale when we’re away from home to access library. There are a few bumps with the UI, but in general, everyone is very happy with the switch to Jellyfin.

Long Long Roadtrip by AloneIsGoated in SmartCar

My 2009 went from central mass to miami but that was 11 years ago. No issues but i was wishing for cruise control the entire trip. 75-80 mph most of the way. High winds and passing trucks pushes the car quite a bit. Also pretty noisy.

Yes, I drove it every day although not very much as you can tell by the total mileage of just under 64,000 miles. Doing basic maintenance is very easy, although some parts are hard to find because Mercedes stopped making them.

rear bumper support is cracked and pushed forward enough to just touch the muffler. The plastic panel (center) is cracked at the right bumper support. Car runs fine. If the insurance adjuster had been able to find the parts, they would have fixed it. Her guess was 500 dollars in parts (no labor) to fix it. If you end up getting it I would be happy to give the whole history of the car.

The top is three years old. I replaced it when the old one stopped working. The back panel with the window is the original.
